The blue series of kitchen knives have always been our core product.
This time we launched a newly designed santoku knife, which can basically complete mostly kitchen cutting work.

The term Santoku refers to the wide variety of ingredients that the knife can handle: meat, fish and vegetables, or to the tasks it can perform: slicing, chopping and dicing, either interpretation indicating a multi-use, general-purpose kitchen knife.
In addition to the outstanding appearance of the handle, we choose high-carbon 7Cr17Mov steel with better quality superior performance than ordinary high-carbon 1.4116 German steel.
