I am nearly always 11.5 size for shoes of all brands; I needed size 12 instead for perfect comfort fit of this shoe. I suggest ordering a half size larger than you would purchase on average. These shoes are comfortable and I did a few "slide tests" on a varied purposefully wet surfaces and I am impressed. Perfect if you work where there might be water on the floor.
