Mostly I liked that the large container will refill the smaller ones a few times. I have other pretty containers that I also use with refills. The scent is pleasant, we like it. Not my favorite, but its great for most areas of the house. It arrived quickly and in a good box that actually fit the product so that it wouldn't be slammed around during transit. It was wrapped so that all 3 pieces were tight together, so nothing broke or leaked, which is a success. The gel beads last about as long as any other brands, and the scent is mild and not overpowering.
