[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This last week has been great. I have snored terribly for most of my adulthood. I wake myself up snoring. A friend suggested mouth tape so I would only breathe through my nose at night. I thought she was crazy, but I tried it. I have slept through the night ever since. P.S. Game changer for sleep quality

I wish I tried this sooner.
