Terrible customer service from that vendor.

The last bracket of the assembly the screw stripped the female side of the bracket, I requested that the company send my a new bracket since it was already completely assembled and the bracket held one of the shelves. They ask for pictures, which I sent, but subsequently basically said return it to Walmart. I improved using a screw an bolt which were silver rather than black, and did not want to take apart and attempt to rebox it.
