The packaging for this stand is top notch. A friend asked me for the box because it decent. The unit included screws that the TCL TV did not. Everything you need is included. I watched my old friend put it together but could have easily done so myself and I'm not mechanically oriented. The base is good quality. The wheels work REALLY well but aren't attractive, nor is the secondary shelf but that is optional and easy to remove. The party that matter work great including SWIVEL which some sellers are not clear on this. It is a true and sturdy swivel (rotation) that you can move the screen side-to-side. I will do business again with RTVR
