HIMALAYAN PINK SALT 84 Licking Salt Brick for Deer, Pink Rock Mineral Natural - pack of 2

I bought this salt for a family of deer who frequent my backyard to steal bird seed at my feeders because they are hungry. a hunting/wildlife expert friend told me if I got a salt block I would probably see another set of twin fawns in the spring. we've had two very significant and early snowfalls even before winter officially began %26 the deer were so hungry they were eating hickory nuts off the ground. I've been told deer have only one set of teeth so imagine how difficult and how hungry you would have to be to eat hard hickory nuts. so I did not taste the salt but I do eat pink Himalayan granulated salt and really enjoy it. since I put the salt block out, I can tell my deer are enjoying it because it is slowly disappearing. The salt block is extremely dense and very heavy and I'm happy that it came in 2 pieces just because of that. it was actually quite beautiful and looked like pink marble and is supposed to naturally have many beneficial minerals in it for livestock and wildlife.

My dog Diesel eats with me, when I cook he gets cooked food as well. I do not salt his food so he needs to get his own salt, so I leave out a salt block for him to choose when he gets salt, after meals, after heavy exercise or in the evening before bed. Mr Diesel is a big boy, 50 pounds of love and happiness Pit Bull.
