The Natural Fiber Collection features a wonderful assortment of soft sisal area rugs as well as many other sustainable-fiber floor coverings for the home or office. Think coastal living and casual beach house style with rugs so classic they’ll even work in the city. Safavieh’s natural fiber rugs are soft underfoot, textural, natural in color and woven of sustainably-harvested sisal and sea grass, or biodegradable jute. Available in a wide choice of natural and designer colors, and sizes to fit any room, including hallway runners.

BACKING: Rug pad (sold separately) recommended to help prevent shifting and sliding
HOLD PAD: For carpet-to-carpet use, we recommend placing a hold pad in-between for protection
RUG PROTECTORS: Use rug protectors under the legs of heavy furniture to avoid flattening piles
CLEANING: Vacuum regularly (preferably one without beater bars) and spot clean; for hard-to-remove stains, professional rug cleaning is recommended; rotating your rugs every 3-6 months will protect against uneven wear from foot traffic and furniture weight
Avoid direct sunlight as it will cause the colors in your area rug to fade over time; place your area rug away from direct sunlight whenever possible

Beautiful, quality, fringed jute hall runner!

I ordered the jute rug runner without the fringes, thinking they might not lay flat. Needed something heavy to cover cable cords %26 keep outside leaves %26 dirt from going past my entry hallway. And, the one with the fringes was sent. It's beautiful %26 I love it! Jute is thick, attractive, comfortable to walk on, sturdy, heavy, stays in place on carpeting, and fringes are laying flat. Jute odor was slight the first few days, and now no longer smells. Order the fringed one! Absolutely worth the purchase! Thanks.
