Very Disappointed

I've purchased Safavieh rugs in the past & this one was disappointing. The color does say ""gray""...but the photo appears more taupe, which was what I was looking for. On arrival...the rug is very shiny, silver & light gray...not at all similar to the picture. Very thin fibers/pile
