These are a life saver. I have extremely flat feet and have been suffering from increasing worse plantar fasciitis. Bought a pair of these after a particularly bad episode and now I own several pairs. I almost always have a pair on my feet or in my purse in case of an emergency. Now as soon as I started to feel any discomfort I toss on a pair of these wraps and it heads it off. These allow me to even occasionally wear shoes that are not at all supportive (as long as I am not walking too much in them). I have even taken up running, an activity I never dreamed I could do with my feet. After every run I stretch and put on a pair of these wraps and wear them the rest of the day and sometime even over night. I will be ordering even more of these as mine are starting to stretch out a tiny bit after extensive use. Well worth the money.

I read about these compression socks in an article online and decided to give them a try. I usually run abt 25-35 miles a week on summer. I wore them on a 12 mile run 3 days ago and I could see a marked difference in my performance. I could run longer and I wasn't as sore as I usually would.I would have given them 4 stars....however the customer service was awesome and I hence the 5 stars.
