Shipping box and item arrived damaged

Unfortunately the shipping box is not sturdy. The box was bent and the curtain rod was creased. If the curtain rod could be protected during shipping, I think it would be just what we needed. Walmart customer service was very helpful and the item was refunded. I hope that the company shipping this product will address the weak shipping box.
