i had stopped wearing sports bras because they weren't supportive enough, so I was really looking at what was currently available. These bras feel like they are hugging me and I can feel the back support. Even wearing them for 24 hrs has been comfortable. I'm still undecided about the included pads. I've worn them both ways.
