Product is great! But no brush attachment included

The product itself is great. I have had one for about a year and I ordered this one for a friend who is recovering from surgery to make cleaning easier for her. The one I ordered and paid for had a crevice tool and a brush that was supposed to come with it. The one that was delivered did not have a brush with it. The model numbers were the very same. The first attached picture is what I ordered. The rest are the what was delivered. There was no brush attachment included. My friend loves it. She is not able to get out and go exchange or return it and I don't live near her but I was aggravated that the brush was not included.

Suction is not great. We have tile floors, it often does not pick up the simplest of objects. We vacuumed twice a week so our home is very clean, i dont like any dust or dirt on the floor when i walk bear-foot through the house, this vacuumed just doesnt do it. Ill keep it for a while because of the cost which is not cheap but i will need to upgrade within a year. I have always loved the shark brand but i will need to move away for the next purchase

Save your money….look elsewhere

Not happy at all with this Shark purchase. Bulky up top. Heavier than expected and doesn't stand alone. Must stand against a wall. Does not lean on anything without sliding down. Don't like that you have to hold an extra handle to get a decent suction. If you don't hold the finger switch you get this puny suction. It hardly picks up kitty litter on a bare floor so pet hair on carpet or furniture will probably not be that good either. Very very disappointed in this Shark purchase
