1- Select shoe for inserts. 2- Place your inserts on top of any existing shoe insole. They are 3/4 foot length so no trimming is required and they have wider sides to easily lock in place in the shoe. We recommend replacing your Custom Fit® Orthotics every 6-12 months or at the first signs of wear.

It's a wonderful product that fits perfectly on my shoes and makes me feel like walking on clouds. No more pain and aches. Minimizes the pain on both soles, feet and toes as well as my lower back. I always have an extra pair handy when I am away home or traveling. I can't live without it.
