About two months ago, I started going to Zumba classes and started playing squash 4-5 times a week. Afterwards, my heels were in such pain. It was awful, and so bad that it hurt to walk after getting out of bed. Eventually, my knees started hurting. After researching what kind of footwear to buy for Zumba--and now two pairs of specialty sneakers later and still no results, in a moment of desperation I bought the Dr. Scholls orthotics. I am so glad I did! After only ONE class of Zumba using them, my heels did not hurt, and neither did my knees. I can get out of bed and walk with no pain. I do not need them for every-day use, but only for medium to high impact exercises, and they fit nicely in my sneakers. They have made a huge difference for me, and I will not ever go to exercise class without them.
