This iron was a VERY recent purchase. I only used a few times. The iron seemed to heat up quickly. I DON'T iron often . I like that it has a non-stick surface. I thought the iron worked well on some very wrinkled polyester fabric. The wrinkles came out easily. HOWEVER..... I HAVE NOT USED THE STEAM.
