I was very pleased with this backpack! It has tons of room for lots of different items and is absolutely GREAT for class on the job, for example, or if you just need a backpack for work. Although , I wouldn't advise trying to use this for a someone for school that has a lot of books. That would be my only con, other than it does have a holder for any drinks or umbrellas. Overall it was absolutely PERFECT for what I needed it for!
