Extremely warm I bought this as a base layer and the main feature I was looking for was moisture wicking. This material keeps the sweat away from my body helping me to keep warm in extreme temperature. Only complaint is the material is kind of scratchy and itchy feeling. Would recommend though.

Mens thermal long pants with elastic waist band
Mens thermal long pants. Perfect for the cold days ahead of us. These pants have an elastic waist band. Fits great in length and in waist. However they don't have a lot of room from the crotch to the waist so if you have a bigger back side I would recommend sizing up in these. However they were soft and comfortable. My spouse is wearing size large. My spouse is about 6 foot tall and about 195LB.

Realtree heavyweight fleece thermals
My husband loves these pants so much! He wears them everywhere during the colder months. He is someone who is always cold so having these on hand for him is a huge win! He always works outside as well so he wears these a lot as a base layer to keep warm. My husband says the material is super soft and he is always comfortable while wearing these. He is 160 and 5 foot 10 inches tall. He typically wears a large and these large fit him well.
