do your research about tankless water heaters before purchasing. It's a nice heater, works great. I love that I no longer have to keep a barrel of water hot all the time. I just heat what I need and that's it. If I'm not running hot water I am not heating it and I have noticed a little dip on my gas bill.

Very good product offering but sneaky charges.

A very good replacement with up dated controls and more heat out put for a very reasonable price. They actually delivered the heater at the anticipated date and time. Watch out for the hidden out of area charge . It is not listed as a shipping charge. And it is only visible at the very last printout, so you might easily miss the extra charges.
