Incorporating the Point Release Kit into my daily routine over the past two weeks has made a world of difference in my pain perception and muscle tightness. I've been using this kit to work down into tight muscles (as a kind of self massage) as well as using it to enhance my stretches, getting a deeper stretch with the same range of motion by applying pressure opposite the stretch. Very pleased with the quality and value of everything so far. The storage block is nice and can even be used as a yoga block!

well worth the investment
from someone who's suffered chronic pain for years, and someone who has spent a tremendous amount of money trying to get to the root cause of said pain, this has been the solution. in a matter of just a couple of weeks, and really committing to this practice, I'm pain free.
