RAD-ical Dude
Incorporating the Point Release Kit into my daily routine over the past two weeks has made a world of difference in my pain perception and muscle tightness. I've been using this kit to work down into tight muscles (as a kind of self massage) as well as using it to enhance my stretches, getting a deeper stretch with the same range of motion by applying pressure opposite the stretch. Very pleased with the quality and value of everything so far. The storage block is nice and can even be used as a yoga block!

Great Relief
I'm a massage therapist. During this pandemic, I can not work nor can I receive treatment, either. I ordered the point release kit and the helix roller. I can't say enough about them. I love this point release kit. The RAD Roller is fantastic along the paraspinals, it feels like I'm giving myself a shiatsu treatment. Fabulous for my neck used with the block. I used the green ball on the soles of my feet, felt yummy. My boyfriend used the small black ball on his hands, he really enjoyed the "massage". Great product and I'll be mentioning this to my clients to use until we can work together again.
