Unable to download WillMaker %26 Trust software

The download did NOT work. It stated that the key supplied was already used. Getting a hold of the technical support team was impossible. I will not use Walmart again for digital downloads if this is the norm. Very disappointed, and I will contest the charge on my credit card once it clears. I will not pay for something that I did NOT receive.
