Quest Nutrition Cheese Crackers, Spicy Cheddar Flavored, 10g Protein, 4 Count

When I first saw the little four-pack box of Quest Spicy Cheddar Crackers, I thought, "Oh no, this is so small!" And then when I dug out the first bag, I was still thinking there were probably going to be about six miniature little crackers inside and I had some dark thoughts about the tricks Madison Avenue advertisers play on the poor dieting consumer. BUT when I opened the little bag and started crunching away, I was amazed. There were around 25-30 cheesy little treats--tasty, moderately spicy, fun to crunch, extremely satisfying. That little bag was stuffed full of cheesy goodness and it's even kind of nice that they didn't try to fool us with a giant bag 75% full of air. I've been on keto for three years and this company, Quest, makes the best snacks I've found. The chips and the crackers are all very high flavor and very low carb. I guess they're full of protein as well, although I don't really require protein in my crunchy treats. I just want to feel like a normal person and not like some freak eating pork rinds while everyone else munches potato chips. Well done, Quest. A
