It's easy to wipe clean and doesn't show spots like the silver stainless. It also doesn't streak when wiped with a Clorox cloth. It's quiet as well. Our previous can wore down quickly and creaked when it closed, this one doesn't wake the house. Also the lid isn't too heavy. The pedal on our old can was just a little too weak to open the lid with ease so that was something I was conscious of when purchasing. I appreciate that the entire lining comes out. It's easy to grip and clean and just overall more convenient than a simple tray at the bottom. I did need to change my bags from standard 13 gallon flap ties to tall with an elastic grip so as to keep the bag in place. Overall an excellent buy.
