Arrived in brand new condition! I like that it is small and white on the sides. The metal top just makes it look so clean. Fits perfectly beside the toilet. Would certainly recommend this product.

I use this for my office so my use case may be different than yours, i got mine because my dog likes to sniff around and take things out that she finds just dandy. Needless to say, it works exceptionally well and it's well thought out in a design manner. The lid flips up quickly with the press of a light touch, sometimes, swings up too fast and hits the wall behind it. Then even from full height, slows down and quietly closes. The lid itself isn't too much special but I've put some mighty smelly fruits in there and didn't notice much of a scent, so i'm guessing the material seals well with the plastic bag. Other than that it's fairly sizeable, haven't dumped out my trash for a few weeks, because i do so when its full and instead of my traditional every week, it's been every 3 weeks.
