I waited 3 weeks for these curtains to come from China. Eventually I received an email saying that they had been delivered to my home. However, they never showed up in our convenient "packages" box, nor anywhere else. I sent Walmart a message telling them the item never arrived. They told me I had to call a customer service number. I did, %26 spoke to a representative at length, who told me that Walmart can't give me a refund because the item comes from a 3rd party seller in China! But Walmart had it on their website %26 I ordered it from them! I am very disappointed in Walmart's lack of service %26 refusal to give me a refund!
