NAME BRAND, BEST PRICE, BEST QUALITY
I needed an extra towel ring to match my existing Moen towel rings, and this is exact one. Great quality, and the husband says it installed easier than any other he's done. Walmart had the best price, and delivery was sooner than expected.

terrible mounting system
Installed per the rather poorly written instructions. Within a month the towel ring was pulling away from the wall. The cheap flimsy drywall anchor appears to not have expanded as it should and is now toast. Worse, I cannot disconnect the towel ring base from the wall mounting bracket. If I could do that I might be able to re-mount it using better hardware than should have been used in the first place. Don't know why Moen went with this fancy, cheaply made mounting hardware when the simple, reliable mounts that I've installed 20+ years ago are still going strong.

Not great
I had these installed in my new home. No set screws. Have been in my home 9 months. The hand towel holder is in a small powder room that does not get a lot of use. The holder itself is falling out of the fixture. No set screw, won't stay in. Looking at either superglue or pulling out . Can't find a set screw so it will stay in. I am glad I have not purchased 3 more to put by my other sinks. Looking for other more long lasting options. I want to love it and did until about a month ago, when it fell apart.
