Issues with Installation
The product itself looks good, but the installation hardware included with the kit sucks. The screws for the "no-drill" drywall anchors will not screw in completely. It just turns the anchors which then strip a big hole in the wall. I had to purchase anchors and screws in order to be able to install the towel ring AND patch the holes left by the original anchors. Also the single screw to attach this is really close to the wall. It is hard to tighten as there is almost no clearance.
