I bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter. It is really nice quality. And I really liked that. It came with multiple discs which she was happy for that too. I never understood how people could get nice smooth potatoes without whipping them into glue, and then I realized there was a thing such as a ricer. it works fantastic. I was concerned it might take a while to put a bunch of potatoes through it, but it goes quite fast, and I have weak wrists and I can use it no problem. there are a whole bunch of ricers out there, but I am very happy with this one and it had good reviews for a reason.
