They sent me the wrong item. When I contacted them, a rep told me to keep the item at no charge as a courtesy for the error. But days went by and they posted no refund. I reached out to follow up and they gave me the runaround. Then, they just ghosted me. So, in order to get my money back, I had to go ahead and process an official return of the item.

While they processed and shipped quickly, they sent the wrong item. I ordered the Pureflow Cabin Air Filter PC5667X, but instead received PC6080x. I returned it, and will order from another seller.

The product looks nice and sturdy, and the HEPA filter looks like it works. It is double the price of simple everyday filters, so itd better. BUT. I had a terrible experience. I find out that they sent me a wrong part after I removed the existing filter in my car. Now I have to use another car to get the right sized filter before I can drive it. I ordered a PC99237HX, I received a PC5667HX. I urge customers to check part numbers as soon as you receive it, and not after you tear apart your old filter. although you shouldnt expect to do so. I urge the seller to be a tad more responsible sending things out. I understand being off by a digit, making mistakes. but sending a whole different product altogether. Especially for a premium product.
