Everything about this cooler is fantastic. Being able to store K-cups on the top, being able to make coffee is wonderful. I freed up part of my counter by not having the Keurig machine and k-cup coffee. This cooler is a bottom loader. It's so much easier than my last cooler where that one was a top loader. I recommend buying this.

The BEST invention!

I LOVE this thing! I visited a friend that had one and knew I needed one for myself! I keep this upstairs for my first cup of coffee or tea in the morning to get my day going. I love that it has a pod storage hidden on top, and that you can use hot or cold water. If you are thinking about it.... Just order it! You will not be disappointed!

Cheaply made

This is cheaply made and looks like it. Ours came with a broken hinge (even though it was well packed) but still worked. Then another hinge broke, don't know how; just changing the water bottle. That caused a red light to flash. Took a week to figure it out. We had to fix the alignment on the hinge before it would work again. Just a pain. Otherwise, it keeps the cold water kind of cold, and the hot water hot. Makes coffee just fine.
