Took three reschedules to get the tires and the service installation took two hours. One tech was installing all 5 customers. But when he finally got to my car. The service was good. The tires are great and are a great price. I was charged a recycling fee and didn't have Walmart to install the tires on my vehicle so I don't understand why I was charged this fee. The associate I spoke with online was very helpful and she tried to have the fee taken off and did so on my receipt but I was still charged the fee on my bank account statement and never got a refund which the associate said I would receive.
