Washing this unit is an easy task. Make sure that you wait until it is completely dry before you plug it in. Water and electricity don't mix well. The feet on the unit are even. The countertop is more than likely uneven because of the way all houses settle after being built. It is like having my own professional grill on a small scale. Feeling like a short order cook while cooking on this unit. Everything from pancakes to hamburgers cooks evenly and fast. Now my time in the kitchen is a lot shorter. Thank you. Ever try to cook pancakes on the stove? It is archaic at best. Perfect for two people. If I had a small family this would still work. If you make more tha 8 pancakes at a time you might think about a bigger griddle. The pancakes only take a couple of minutes to cook. So, for us this is perfect.

This press those ceramic grill is fantastic. I love it. It's it's lightweight it's portable and when I travel, I could take it with me. I already have made pancakes on it hamburgers and other things. I've pooped on it a grilled on it. It's fantastic. I highly recommend that people buy this product. It's a troll too and I'm very very happy. Thank you Walmart.

Love this extra large griddle!

Areas get hotter on the entire perimeter than in the middle section, which seems to be the norm for most griddles that are reasonably priced. Truly is non stick! Love this ceramic cooking surface, which I never was a fan of before in pots and pans. Device gets extremely hot on the bottom, so I use mine on top of my ceramic stove top instead of on a counter top. Love love the spacious size and the large grease trap! Makes it so easy to cook large amounts or multiple items. Clean up an absolute breeze!
