The box states that the the board is sturdy and there are 60 marbles included. The board is made of thin cardboard that doesn't adequately support the game. Marbles are usually made of colored glass or similar material. The balls in this set are plastic. The set was very inexpensive, so I'm not making a federal case out of it. Walmart should not sell this product, though. I do not believe the product meets their standards.
