Fantastic!
I can't believe this is just lemon zest, it tasted so great! I added mine into some cream pasta and it REALLY enhanced the flavor. It was both mildly lemony and herby, I definitely want to try others from this brand because it was so high quality and great tasting!

Simply AMAZING
I HIGHLY recommend FreshJax; Let me tell you why. This small family business (I 1000% support small businesses) not only creates DELICIOUS spices, herbs and seasonings that are certified organic but they are on a mission to fight childhood hunger and have donated over 400,000 meals to date. I tried the Lemon Zest and based on my experience with this particular product plus the story behind FreshJax, I want to try ALL of their seasonings. I have used their Lemon Zest for making my own salad dressing, I sprinkle it on my avocado toast and I have used it to marinate chicken. There are so many edible and non-edible uses for this Lemon Zest; makes for a great body scrub too. I love this product, I love this company, I look forward to buying more flavors and I highly recommend. Support local, support small business.

Abundant Flavor
The Premium Certified Organic Lemon Zest by FreshJax is a large jar of pure lemon zest. The smell is extraordinary-vibrant, fresh lemon that adds some zing to our recipes. I used this lemon zest in lemon frosting mix and as a tangy marinade additive for shrimp. A little goes a long way, as this is a concentrated mixture. Will definitely purchase other varieties by FreshJax and also love the personal touch they put into their packaging.
