The Premier Protein brands have the best taste of the protein drinks i've tested packing a whopping 30 grams of protein in an 11 oz container at a competitive price as most brands have less protein in 8 ounces. Its closest competitor has a unpleasant aftertaste and consistency. I'm using it to increase my protein intake during my weight loss journey. I like the added vitamins, nutrients . i'm drinking two a day now . I like the caffe latte as it has a lighter taste with a cup's worth of caffeine. My neighbor and i also like the chocolate . I'm sure all the flavors are good.

This is an excellent source of protein (30 grams) and it is NOT too sweet! Also, it's the ONLY meal replacement drink I have ever seen that doesn't contain soy. The mild flavor is just right and it has just the right amount of caffein. I drink the same thing, same flavor, every single day -- have been doing that for over a year. One only has to eat a small amount of meat in order to get 50 grams of protein.
