I have been drinking this every morning for the past 7 years, that's how I start my day getting my protein in early which for me keeps me full for hours. I like that it only has 1 gram of sugar. Switching over to these bottles since the square containers are not recyclable in my area.

Great texture/taste/vites/protein bang per buck

Oh, this meal replacement shake is by far the best tasting, nutricious, low/natural sugar, decent calorie count (not to low or high), but the deal clencher for me was the 30 G of protein. I have MS and in bad relapses can get to anorexic status within 3 months. The difficult climb back to optimal health (whatever that might mean for anyone) can only be accomplished with the right balance of nutrients, vitamins, and proteins (not forgetting about good hydration either, like natural spring water and electrolytes). At 71 I can still maintain muscle mass and core strength; though it takes work and commitment, protein has always been any muscle's best friend.
