I have been consuming this product for years and l love it. I usually drink one per day. I usually sip on it throughout the day in order to spread the protein instead of all at once. it has 30 grams of protein per bottle and is very low carb. There are numerous flavors to choose from and are delicious. My favorite is Cookies and Cream. They are a bit pricey but worth it. I highly recommend them to everyone especially the elderly because of all of the vitamins in it.

I have been drinking this every morning for the past 7 years, that's how I start my day getting my protein in early which for me keeps me full for hours. I like that it only has 1 gram of sugar. Switching over to these bottles since the square containers are not recyclable in my area.

I am a senior citizen and I drink a Premier Protein shake every day. I have used this for several years and think it's delicious. There is more protein in Premier Protein shakes than in other brands too. I love the chocolate flavor best and think it tastes just like chocolate milk. There is no aftertaste. I highly recommend it. I am glad that Walmart has reduced the price so it's easier on the budget.
