Miserable purchase

I would have gave it 0 stars but not an option. Ordered this item last week, when it arrived it does not have the pictured mounting system which made it unusable. Came with two 12" wide 2 point metal brackets to attach to the ceiling. Learned to just go to Lowes or somewhere to get similar purchases after physically seeing it.
