Buyers beware !!!!

This was purchased for my granddaughter. Once it arrived, we took it to our carrier for activation. She cannot receive or make calls with this $200 phone. It keeps asking for a PUK number and our carrier has told me to contact the seller. I have tried to contact the seller, however they have yet to answer their phones nor returned .I am extremely dissatisfied with this purchase. And I hope any potential customers read this review and change their minds and purchase their I Phone from somewhere else!
