Warranty information
LIMITED WARRANTY: LSG warrants to the original consumer purchaser of any product manufactured by us that it will repair or replace any warranted product in case of malfunction, defects in workmanship or material or failure to conform with this warranty, provided such damage is not caused by misuse, abuse or failure to provide reasonable care and maintenance for the period of one (1) year from date of sale. Vaulting poles are not covered by this warranty. Customers must have a copy of their invoice. Defective products will be repaired or replaced, at the option of LSG, without charge, provided said product is returned to LSG at the purchaser's expense. LSG reserves the right to refund the actual purchase in lieu of repair or replacement. This limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and LSG shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
