the packaging for this product was very tightly clinging to the tent. there was no slack in the packaging. on the end where the opening in the package was, the handles of the tent carrying case were intertwined in the packaging. being very careful, i cut the very edge of the package to get into. when i did, it cut one of the handles of the carrying case into.
