For the price, this is an excellent buy. It's not as solid as the bikes at my gym, but close enough that having the bike at home is a great thing. Assembly is challenging but the instructions are relatively clear, and one person can do it with the exception of two steps where you have to connect two pieces while stuffing wires into one of the pieces (a minute or two of someone else's time; if I had four hands I could have done it myself). Just make sure that all the bolts are completely tightened. It is almost completely noiseless, and the motion is smooth. The instructions call the bike a "Lazy car", doubtless an amusing translation from the Chinese.

I put it together alone, but I think two people would have made it much easier. I've waited two weeks to write this review because I wanted to ensure I used it several times to provide a more accurate assessment. I like this product a lot. Is it perfect? No, but I am 71 years old, and I get a great workout. Just take your time on assembly, be patient, and you will be pleased
