Ive liked Kenmores, and the ease of use. i was excited to get this new one. It appears to have the good suction expected, but the swivel of the hose is tight; hopefully it will loosen with use. And although there is a multi-tool included, there is nowhere to store it on or in the vacuum. So of course it gets set down and lost around the house, and we have to look for it. I will likely put some sticky velcro on it so it can ride along on the canister, but its not ideal.
