The sound is clear and crisp. I have them paired with my phone and use them to make calls. I’m told that my voice translates clearly when using them. They come with three different sizes for the part that goes in your ear, which I found very helpful - my ears are pretty small and it’s hard to find earbuds that fit well, but the XS did the trick. That said, I do find the commands a little tricky. It is controlled by touch. One touch means one thing, touch and hold another, etc. which may be convenient once you get the hang of it but to me seems a little bit too much effort and time to spend committing to memory. It also becomes problematic when trying to readjust the earbud in your ear as you obviously have to touch it to do so. Overall, they’re a nice design, they fit well and do a nice job as far as I can tell, but I could be very happy with a more basic version that doesn’t have several different controls by touch.

Upon opening the box, I could just feel quality. What I mean is as you will see in the photo, extreme care was taken to assure a well-organized presentation, but also car and sealing to assure nothing was tampered with. The pairing to my iPhone 10 was pretty much instantaneous. The sound quality is just wonderful. As you can see in the attached photo, the ear buds come with several size cousins to assure a proper fit to each person's ears. In my particular situation I need two different sizes, so find it great that they provide the many options allowing me to custom fit them to my ears.
