Great vac, would buy again, recommended.
- Great suction, not too loud, convenient foot switch, seal between motor and body is very tight (good). - This is the first shop vacuum where I tried to use it without a bag. It works, but I'm not crazy about cleaning the expensive filter every time. I switched back to using a bag, thinking the suction might be compromised: not even a little. I'm using it with a bag and filter, its not hard to change the bag, the filter stays pristine, no loss of suction. - Hint for filter bag changing: you simply pop the filter off first, to change the bag. Takes 3 seconds, the bag comes out, you put the new filter in, push the filter back on. The seal at the bottom between the filter and motor is very well made. (I mention about the filter bag change, since some reviews out there make it sound complicated - its not.) - Very happy with purchase, would buy again, recommended.

Happy with this shop vac!
Good power, lots of cord, lots of hose, good accessory bundle... does NOT have a round brush utensil, but bought at Home Depot, reasonable. Like the motor on bottom, very light cannister easy to remove top with no motor to lift. Ordered Ridgid bags separate that make a full circle wrap, should be fine.. just remove pleated filter to get filled bag out. I likely won't need to use the bags as I use a Dust Deputy cyclone for sawdust, even the fine dust is captured in the cyclone. The paper filter looked new after a light use. Be aware the hose is 1 7/8" NOT 2 1/2" but the fittings and accessories are the 2 1/2" and the hose end is special to fit these standard items. Surprisingly quiet, may be due to motor location.
