MOISTEN 1½lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (4 to 6 breasts), 1½lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenders (8 to 12 tenders), 1½lb Bone-In Chicken Pieces (3 to 4 pieces), 1½lb Pork Chops (3 to 4 pieces), or 1½lb Fish Fillets (4 to 6 fillets); with water. MEASURE ½ cup coating mix into bowl. ADD Chicken, Pork, or Fish one piece at a time, turning to evenly coat both sides with coating mix. Transfer to foil-covered baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Discard any remaining coating mix. BAKE Chicken, Pork, or Fish 20 minutes (45 minutes Bone-In-Chicken) or until done (145º Pork or Fish, 165º Chicken). Do not cover or turn while baking.
