Uncomfortable, terrible seller

Wildly uncomfortable! The back is really springy and has no cushion. The back is also arched weird so you end up being bent backwards when you lean back. This isn't actually sold from WalMart and the seller refused to provide a return lable to send this back. They were super rude about it too. It would cost more than I paid to return it so I'm stuck with this uncomfortable thing.
