Tremendous

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's an epilator and not a trimmer. There is a huge difference between the both. An epilator plucks the hair from its roots, whereas an electric trimmer cuts the hair at the skin level. ... The hair that grows after epilation is much thinner than before. In case of an electric trimmer or a razor, the hair that grows again is thicker and coarser than before. Since, in the case of epilators, the roots of the hair are destroyed, it takes a relatively longer time for the hair to grow again. Conversely, in the case of electric trimmers, since the human hair is only cut at the skin level, you will find that hair in that region will grow again more rapidly than before. Epilators are known to leave back a much smoother skin. The first time you use an epilator, you can be sure to expect some amount of pain. Imagine, about 10-15 tweezers plucking out hair all at once from your skin. However, with repeated usage, you tend to get accustomed to it and you don't experience any major pain as such. Repeated usage of epilators can be considered similar to waxing. During your first time usage, you must first go in for a session of waxing, then let your hair grow to a sufficient length for a couple of weeks and finally try the epilator. As one of the best epilators available on market developed specifically to minimize any discomfort and irritation, I would recommend Philips epilators. This is a fully waterproof, wet & dry epilator. As in can be used in few wet and humid conditions. It is developed for usage by women from the shower with hot water. With hot water, your epilation sessions can be less painful and smoother because circulation is more improved. This doesn't just pull hair out, and also massages and vibrates skin touching. This leads to increased circulation and comfort. Personally, I'd always prefer an epilator over a trimmer. The results are way too amazing, time saving and can be done easily by myself.

Tried and Tested

Steps to use : 1. Make sure you haven't applied any lotion or oil. 2. Wash the body part with warm water (It helps to open the pores) 3. There are two epilator heads. One which is already fitted is for shaving and the another one is for trimming. Hold the epilator in 90° and move in the opposite direction of your hair growth While doing so stretch your skin tight to avoid any cuts. (Wherever the skin is loose) 4. Lastly apply aloe vera gel or any moisturizer to close the pores and moist your skin These are some general steps to get better results

I have chosen this epilator for my self because Philips is the brand on which I am relying from last 12 years. After buying this I can say that I have made a right decision again.
