I had an Epilady back in the late 1980's and they have come a long way. This one is much faster so the discomfort doesn't last long. I have used it on my legs and face so far, the face is more sensitive but tolerable. I believe the longer you use it the lessening of the discomfort. The price was very reasonable and actually cheaper than the one I bought many years ago. Overall I am very pleased with the Epilady.

This old design epilator has a good reputation. Haven't used it yet but it has stainless steel tweezers %26 thats good enough for me. I returned some because tweezers were not stainless steel.
