I have bunions/hammertoes and suffer from sharp cramps in strange areas of feet, ankles, calfs and arches. Since the first night I began using this pillow I have had NO cramps at all!!! Awesome pillow I have chronic pain and have slept with pillows like this since my second pregnancy so I have tried a lot of them. This one has the right amount of firmness and softness, just the right amount of “fluff” and the cover is soooo soft. This is an AMAZING pillow!! I have severe fibromyalgia and most of the time when I wake up I feel like I've went a few rounds with Chuck Norris. I decided to give this pillow a try out of desperation for better sleep. When it came in I decided to give it a try with my nap. I curled it around me with it going between my knees and I added an extra pillow as well. Honestly I'm extremely impressed it actually helped me wake up with way less pain and I felt like I had gotten way better sleep. I highly recommend this pillow to any chronic pain patient. The only problem now is someone keeps stealing my spot lol (see picture).
